We’ve been quiet recently while we’ve taken some time off to really focus on our own dogs and their training needs. The life of a trainers dog can easily become pretty stale and boring as they’re expected to wait while other dogs are being trained, or being calm and passive stooge dogs to support in rehabilitating behavioural issues.
Alongside this, we’ve happy to introduce a new addition to our family in the form of Hannya the German Shepherd, bred by House of Canine – Catello German Shepherds and Working Labradors. Fathered by Pascal Magnum Nitra, the grandson of Dinoso vom Eisernen Kreuz, and mothered by Catello Jayna, daughter of World Champion Blackjack vom Hamilburg.
Our primary focus for Hannya moving forwards will be to build her confidence and drive across the board and provide her with the best possible foundations, allowing her to natural genetic potential to flourish.
Training shouldn’t begin when you start experiencing problems, it should be formulated in your head before you even bring the puppy home so you’re prepared.
We’re receiving more and more queries regarding training from clients who’re either about to get a puppy, or have just brought one home. This is refreshing to see and we can guarantee that these people will reap the rewards when their dogs hit the problematic 6-9 months mark and have successfully navigated their pups away from problem behaviours like reactivity, aggression, separation anxiety and others.
We really appreciate your patience while we’ve taken this time to recharge and get our new addition settled in and we‘ll be working through our bookings and arranging appointments for those who’ve been waiting.
Thank you and stay tuned for some bonus puppy related content and advice.
